Step 4 in vBhome Lite

I understood the first three steps just fine but I'm a little confused with step 4.

What exactly is {imageshome}, am I supposed to create this somewhere? Also, my admin panel didn't give a me a choice for the "REPLACEMENT SET" field, it just said "Style 2".

I ended up following the rest of the steps and the software installed just fine but when I viewed the forum homepage, it gave me an error. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.
