Email Issue: Forum wont send email
 
Hey I'm haveing a problem with my forum. It wont send a varification im to the new users. also, whenever i try to send an email to users from control panel, it throughs an error.

any suggestions? does the php email function require certain permissions that may not be set? What do you think?
