well it could use quite a bit of design work, doesn't really look that tidy, plus the postbit looks a lil messed up

-Main page is very un-tidy, needs a re-design.
-Navagation is small and hard to navagate
-Don't like the big blue border on the outside of the tables
-Where you have the member count, posts, threads etc. on your forumhome it looks messy.
-The cell you have the author infomation on the postbit follows with a small cell after it. Should fix that.

Well we all get crappy first forums, you improve with time. :)

What i need is a logo and some football buttons to make it better. I'm useless at creating buttons.

The page didn't load for me in 30 seconds so i gave up :(

Homepage:

- I'm not too keen on the header. Its just plain text which i'm not a fan of.
- In your nav bar thing you have miscallenous bgcolors with light blue in places and it just looks silly
- I'm not sure about the 2 pixel thick grey border. I think it would look better as a one pixel grey border or a one pixel black border

Forums:

- Nothing much different here. It just looks in general plain. You can have too much graphics but you can also have too little.
- There's a broken image in the footer
