showgroups.php VB2.3.0
I can't get my Forum Leader board to show up. Admin, Mods and SuperMods are marked to be shown in it and nothing else.
Only hack i have on my VB is the gender hack... anyone have any clues why my showgroups.php is not showing up at all!. |
By the looks and sounds of it, I suspect a few templates are missing or faulty.
Revert all your show groups templates. |
Thanks for that very wuick reply..
I did do the revert thing. but i thought i would give it another go and when i reloaded the page an extra template showed up highlighted in blue (wasn't there before). My browsers reload button must not be working well or something.. Any ways it did the trick and all is fine. |
I'm glad you got it working :)

TIP:
When you upgrade vB versions, the installxx.php files will automatically install the new upgraded templates for you. HOWEVER, it will NOT replace templates you have modified. This is why you had that problem - you were probably using a vB 2.2.9 showgroups template, with a 2.3.0 showgroups.php file. :) The showgroups templates were announced to have undergone major changes in the latest upgrade. After upgrading, always revert templates to default, as the default templates are now the newest versions - then reapply the hacks. :) |
