php? mysql? apache? help me here...
 
ok i have bitsys's rpg hack installed, though i dont think this has anything to do with that, but im not sure...anyways when i go to the Edit Items and RPG Manual (the admin one) the page keeps reloading and after after it reloads what seems like a random amount of times it gives me a 404 error, i've looked at the coding of both and it doesn't look like they should, im using a home server configured using teck's tutorial...

does anyone have ANY ideas?
