is there a hack......where I could add a Must Read Page......so members would have to read it before they posted.....anything like that

Would you want it so they must read the page before registering? Or before posting a new thread? Or newreply?

I've just got an idea to re-create the must read page that you get when posting a hack here at vB.org. It would be quite simple actually...:).
