vBHelp Desk??
 
I own a hosting company, and made a support forums for them. I am looking for a HelpDesk hack where my Paid Customers can make tickets on their issues, and all the other paid customers can veiw the tickets, and comment. Only the admin/super mod should be allowed to select resolved ticket and stuff, because I have no mods and ++++z I don't need mods solving any problems. I know there is a vB Help Desk already, but that has too many errors and it beats the hell out of my server. I want something smiliar to vBHelpDesk but with more features.
