vb.org Archive - Need to hire someone for a small project

In terms of scale and complexity, this is probably as simple as it can get for an experienced PHP/MySQL guru.

I started it myself, but do to time constraints (as well as my inexperience with raw coding) I need to contract a pro.

Payment will be made to the winning bidder via Paypal. (50% up front, 50% upon completion)
