Remove Thread Rating

Hola,

Me llamo Gilberto es en *screams*

Hate spanish. Anyways the rate thread is a nice feature to VB but one that is hardly used at all at my forums and other admins have requested this in the past. I could probably make some template edits but how would I move it from the files and templates on the forums.

in your acp you can set allow rating -> no....

I'll make a hack to remove the code from the files for this aswell. Aswell as template mods.
