need plz help for a mod can change usergroup hack

Hi,

i want to write the user.php file in the mod directory so that some special mods can change the usergroups, it works but the problem is all mods can now change the usergroup what do i wrong?

here it begin

you've mad a simple but strong normal php mistake

if (... OR 17) is always true...
