I have a vbulletin hack, it needs some customization...

I have this vb hack http://www.vbulletin.org/hacks/inde...hack&hackid=803
installed on my boards. I need someone who is familiar with php/mysql/vbulletin.
What I need added/fixed/created in this hack is
1. Allow Team Battles
2. Allow damage of weapons to range.. for example 3-10 dmg...
3. Allow people to make alliances directly on the forum.
4. Allow there to be computer characters.. that automatically develope and fight and stuff... (That is probably hard, but these are just suggestions)
5. Allow 1 forum account to hold up to 5 characters. For example...
Forum name: JOJO...
JOJO can hold up to 5 different characters at a time.
6. Display the itemshop, bank, battle challenge on the main forum.

uh if all these requests are covered, the script will not be a vbulletin hack, vbulletin will be a hack of this script.. ;)
