**Interesting Clan/Tribe Hack

Hey,
* I'll try to word everything so it doesn't sound too confusing ;)
* I'll use the word tribe referring to tribe or clan or club :P

I'm looking for a certain hack, I've searched vbulletin.org and I don't think there's a hack like this yet.

Goes like this:
(something like what FF Impulse has)

This hack is kind of like a "club" where a user can join a certain tribe and when he or she does, it will show up on the postbit

It will cost them __# points (or gil) to JOIN a tribe
It will cost them __# points to start their own tribe
It will cost them __# points to close their own tribe
It will cost them __# points to leave a tribe

A Tribe cannot be "official" until a certain (like 20) number of people have joined. The tribe creator/leader gets __# points for every member joined. Tribe members can talk in their own thread (and their own thread only) about tribe news/games/chat/whatever.

Community wise:
Tribes can battle/challenge each other (maybe integrated with the RPG battle hack that Bitsys made) and win awards for their achievements. It would be also cool if tournaments could be held with point prizes or awards for the tribes who win.
