Does this hack exist...
 
I've been looking for a hack but I can't seem to find it. I've seen it in practice on Xelation.com but I'll ask here first.

I want to be able to select for a forum of my choosing via ACP a different/customized postbit.

I want to be able to show an attachment in the first post of a thread and/or a link to it, with a description of the attachment.

I want no other poster to that thread to be able to upload an attachment to this thread.

Does this exist or can this be created? And, if it can be created... how? :)
