vb.org Archive - PLEASE HELP with FLASH intro

I am in mad need of some help. I want to use a Flash Intro, but im not sure how since i dont really know the name of the file used for vBulletin i know how to do it with a regular site, i just publish and make is index.html, im afraid i dont have a clue with vbulletin. also i know that if i make the flash index.html it will make the links in the site not work unless i do something special? is that correct? please help me out on this im dying.. www.bodybuilding4life.com is my site, im in need of a nice little flash intro that i have ready to go i just have no fu*king clue what to do to publish it.. PLEASE HELP A ROOKIE WITH SOME vBulletin..
