Request for Member of the Month Hack - Kinda like Contributor Hack
 
I would like something exactly like the contributor hack except i would need to enter text saying what month and year a members car was Car or the Month.

Above is the contributor hack. Can anyone throw something like this together? Thanks for any help.

Consider this a beg for this hack please, i have tried and tried and tried to figure out how to do this but i refuse to attempt to edit the database with queries when i dont know what im doing. Please help.
