Email notification for special usergroup?
 

Is there a simple way to have email notifications only allowed based on usergroup?

My email on my server is being bogged down with the email notifications on each thread. If there was a way to turn off email notifications for the main usergroup: registered and have it available only for the paid subscriber groups, this would be great.

(My paid subscriber groups get avatars, etc)

I think this would help my vb and server while I find a long term fix. What do you think? A hard one?

BTw, additionally, though, I would want the registered members to be able to view "subscribed" threads via their control panel. I just don't want the vb emailing them....
