GUESTs viewing our site
 
My site is setup to require everyone to register before they can even view the forums. However, when I look at who is online, there is always a few guests at the very bottom. Some of these IP's are people that have been banned in the past. I am curious how they are viewing our site as a guest. Are they piggybacking as another user? Our Vbulletin is version 2.0.3, will and upgrade fix this problem. Basically, I just need someone to point me in the right direction so I can secure our site. Thanks in advance.
