Not bad, few things.

-Black text on Who's Online is hard to read
-Bit slow loading, not as fast as other vB's.
-Un-needed space above the header, looks bad there. Place the header right at the top IMO.

Nice otherwise.

Very nice, I'm impresed. :)

Category font is a bit misplaced though (too far up). Perhaps baselining it? Just an idea. Otherwise it looks amazing :p

Nice. Definitely for young kids - the font is tiny using 1024x768. :)

I suggest you use CSS to edit the size of your font. Can make a whole new size for normalfont/smallfont.
