attachment files didnt appear

Hi,
I would like to know how I can fix this problem evry attachment files didn't appear on the post I hoop to know what is problem and fix it

Did this happen after you did a hack or a template modification or just suddenly?

I tring on apache on my PC befor I tring on website with out any thing add on it

Have you changed file_uploads = on in php.ini?
