Download hack?

How do I download a hack? I am logged in, I am a registered vbulletin user, still everytime I try and download a hack, I get a "you don't have permission to access this page" error.
urghh...what am I doing wrong?

You need to buy vBulletin first.

I have bought it...im currently running vbulletin 2.2.9 on my website... my forum can be located at www.dtmpower.co.za
So want can be the reason for me not being able to download any hacks?

Once i go to that link it gives me the option of 3 email address's and my email is in there...then it tells me All details updated successfully!

But i still cant download...and its actually your MSN Hack im trying to download....lol.,...all day ive had this problem and its driving me insane
