Font Colour Along With Replied Background Colour.
When reading threads on my board.. I would like the second post to have a different font colour and background then the 1st post..
so the 1st post would be 1 colour and font scheme.. then the 2nd would be a different scheme.. and the 3rd would be the same as the 1st.. and the 4th would be the same as the 2nd.. and so on. How do i change the font and back ground colour? Thank you! |
?..

Well the posts background should alternate in color automatically.
NOT TESTED! For the font color go into functions.php and find this: PHP Code:
PHP Code:
Also you must create the {firsttextcolor} and {secondtextcolor} replacements ;) Let me know if it works ;) Regards - miSt |
I tried finding "functions.php" but apparently i am too dumb for even the smallest issues.
i dont know where it is.. i checked in myphpadmin... i looked in other places too but i couldnt find it. where is it? thanx |
Its a file. Its in your FTP
|
Hehe yes its a file located in your admin directory. Open it up and then do what i said :)

i went in there.. it looks like i could really screw something up bad. so i better not touch it.
but why does it require a hack just to change my font colour? there should be an option for that.. cuz this hacking stuff is too complicated. |
There is no option. It requires hacking. Sorry. :(
|
Indeed. Well if i had the time i would test this for you but i don't sorry :(
