Show new threads excluding a forum
 
Our forums are in serious need of replacing our "show the new stuff" link with one that shows new threads for all but one forum (the off-topic forum, which is a love-it-or-hate-it forum that's doing serious traffic).

We have a private forum for moderators and the show new link doesn't display those threads. That's the behavior we're after, but including one more forum.
