i signed up for hosting for my board and the server i'm on is faulty by the hosts own admission, i've asked to be moved to another server but now they wanna charge me $50US, what should i do?

isn't there some law against the server being faulty? threaten to take legal action if you can, otherwise i dunno

I'd tell them that they can take that $50 and shove it, and then get a new, better host. Try hosttoday.co.uk. :)

Change hosts. If they charge your credit card without consent, you can contact your credit card company to reverse it.
