Warning System Hack
 
Well, I had to uninstall and reinstall the Warning System hack. It was working flawlessly before i uninstalled it. Now when I try to install it, I get this:

Any idea on how to remedy this?

You did not uninstall it completely, there is still the settinggroup for the hack in the vB options. Just open phpMyAdmin, go to the table settinggroup and delete the according entry.

Go to: /forum/admin/setting.php
Find in your list the pesky entry and click on Remove. :)
