Is there a way to protect my database and php files??/

Ok, I noticed most people can access my php files simply by typing it in the address bar (ex: www.yoursite.com/forums/admin/config.php) Is there a way that I can restrict peoples access to those foldiers. Is there also a way I can restrict people from places like phpmyadmin help me plz...

The easiest way to secure your folders is via htaccess. Please search google on this, it's well explained on the net.
