vb.org Archive - A few hacks to Request?

Hello all..

Aightz, lets get to the point, I was wondering if anyone is free and will make me these few hacks? Or if they already exisit, Link me to them.

Gallery System
The gallery system, a hack which allows users to post images/wallpapers and all the other stuff, and all the members of the boards can see the stuff they posted, also with like a Deviant Art addon, which displays the latest # Work on the main page (vbportal mainpage or vbHome). Also, members can comment on the work and rate it as well.

Links Database
A links hack which allows members, guests to post urls, with a button and stuff, the link of the site they posted can be commented on and also rated. One more thing, all the sites are properly organized in different categories, and it shows how many sites are there in each category, when someones visits a site it adds the click to the database, saying Views: #ofviews.
Also, all the categories are displayed on the main page which could be either vBHome or vBPortal.

If anyone would be nice enough to make those 2 hacks for me, please? The gallery idea is really from yaxay.com but the hack they have needs a powerfull server and that hack i don't think is realsed to public. If those hacks already exist please link me to them, I did a little search a found nothing. By me typing all this you must know I am not lazy at all. ;)
