How can i download/view new hacks/templates?

Everytime i try to it says that im not a member or something like that. Can anyone help me out w/ this?

Chris|Seven, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Thanks but i tried that already, it keeps saying that the username/password don't match.

You need to enter your email address, not your username. The same email address you registered here with.

You're not getting me. I can't get into the page..period! I enter the info on the pop up thing and it still don't work. The page doesn't display.
