New to site - questions
I currently use vbulletin and was thinking of adding chat to my site. I was told to come here, but I am really confused on where to go.
Excuse me for this dumb question, I though hack was a bad thing, so what does this site do? As you can tell I am still "new" when it comes to computer/internet terms, etc... Any ideas or a point in the right direction Thanks |
Hacking a vb means you macke code modifications to it, and here you can find such code modifications :)
|
in this case a hack is what Xenon told you, you modify a code to add something or to take something away, so it's now illegal or bad
|
Ok thanks. Anyone have any ideas of a good chat thing to go with v-bulletin. Is there a hack for that or can I find this here?
|
There are various chat hacks around - just do a search :P

Thank you. Since I am kind of computer programming illiterate, my question would be, is there people in here that do this for a living. A lot of these hacks are very cool.
I am in aw of people who can do all of this stuff. I can hardly figure how to run a backup. Yikes! thanks for your help in advance. |
We use phpMyChat
|
Thanks Julie. Is that the chat software you use and where would I find it?
Thanks  |
Hey there you can get it at www.phpheaven.net ;)
|
One last question; do you know a company or person that will integrate this for mr for a fee?
