Selective display of banners in listed forums?
 
OK, let me try something different as a request (at least for me, that is).

I would like to be able to select the various forums that a banner display would show itself in. In other words, I might want this banner to only show up in a classifieds forum but not in a general discussion forum. And if there are multiple subforums in the classifieds section, to only have the banner show up in a few selected subforums.

Is this very tough to do? Anyone willing to take a stab at it if it hasn't been done already?
