Avatar In Welcome Panel
 
I put in a welcome panel on my forums home page, but for some reason, the user's avatar will not come up on the panel. below is the code in the template, can somebody point out my error?

I bolded the avatar code i tried, so if somebody could advise me on what to change that to...
