Retrieve Forum Admin
 
I need the script to return to admin if a second changed access. I own the server space but another admin deleted my member name ....... someone mentioned there was a script here to upload to my server to retrieve this info

I guess your referinf to getadmin.php which is in the extras folder of the vBulletin zip from the members area.

In the .zip file you download from the vB.com members area, when you extract it you get a folder with a part of you Licence details in and inside there is the extras and upload folder :)
