Regular Expressions
 

1. What would be the regular expression for finding everything that begins with "<<" and ends with ">>"?
2. Anybody know of any good tutorial sites that teach the basics of regexs to regex idiots like myself?

i hate the regulars also, because i don't exactly know how :)
