Avatar ignore system?

Is there a way that users can ignore specific avatars? If not, I'd like to request a system like that... A few of the fellas on my board like to use a couple of racy avatars... And rather than force them to take them down to satisfy those that are offended, I'd like to give the offended the option of ignoring certain users' avatars...
