Does vBulletin have a module API...?

Hi All,

I am using Mike Agar's VERY cool News Feeds system called 'MyHeadlines' (www.jmagar.com ) and was wanting to know if vBulletin has a module API that would allow this software to port to vBulletin. If this was possible, we could use MyHeadlines to scrape / acquire news feeds from around the net and have them posted to a 'News' forum...and have a dynamic news forum!!
