moving posts from one forum to another...?

two databases... one machine...

is there anyway to move individual posts from one to the other?

posts or threads?

posts is easy, just make a dump of them via phpmyadmin change the postids to NULL and then insert em into the other board via phpmyadmin, whole threads is harder.....
