right lads you know the vb sign at each side of a section ?
well if someone makes a post in that section the sign lights up doesnt it , well how can you make it spin around as if it was moving ? .....you what i mean dont ya lads lol .
my explanation isnt to good but you know what i mean

just replace the on.gif with your own animation, but it still has to be named on.gif

Yeah, do exactly that, except you'll have to be pretty damn good at GFX....
