Highlight Admins/Mods in topic view

I searched for this but could not find it, and if its not made, maybe it should be, its seems pretty simple, I just dont know vBulletin well enough yet to go about doing it. You know over at vBulletin.com on vB3 how the mod and admin names are either bold or italicized or underlined when you are viewing a topic? I really need something like this for my board, it would be greeatly appreciated.
