Current Usertitles should be based on # of hacks released...

Maybe the current user titles should not be based on user post counts but on number of hacks released, because it seems fit for that.

I know it would require quite a bit of modification, but I am sure this will be more of a posibility with the release of vB3

Well, it seems kind of fit to the user titles set for example ultimate hacker, tyro hacker etc...maybe ones for non hackers too like
Tyro man or Ultimate Man lol

With you on that one. Maybe as a compromise could change the user titles to reflect us non-hacker types, and introduce something to indicate how many hacks some one has done...

Just a suggestion, as am fairly sure a lot of people wander in here to check out what's available to improve their boards.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea, to please both maybe there can be a special title for hack releasers. :)

Was thinking in terms of more general user titles (not sure of the percentage, but would think a lot of us haven't got a hack up yet), and maybe the award hack added to reflect the people developing the way cool hacks that are available.

BTW is .org trying to reclaim the term hacker from the misuse currently exposed by the ill informed media. If so l'm right behind that concept.... <- love that smilie
