Which is the *ULTIMATE* vb portal hack?
 

Which vb portal / index / home script do you recommend?

• I do need integrated polls
• I do want a 3 column layout with news/content in the middle
• I do have a few custom "sections" that I will need to have on the sides (lets say 3 custom sections)
• I do want the latest X threads on the front page
• I do want a login system that is integrated with VBB so when a user is logged in it shows who's online, how many new posts, etc...
  
• I don't want to pay a dime
• I don't need weather
• I don't need a mini calander
• I need to get this installed and setup by Dec 30th!

If you can vote on which one you recommend, and then reply with a link to your homepage so I can see what you use in action that would be awesome! Thanks in advance for everyone's help

vBhome(lite) can do all that, id recomend it over all the others (besides coding your own witch i did ;), *note: not the one on my current forum, the one for my new site and style*) Seeing how you have VERY little time id set up vBhome and custimize the templates to your needs.

Agreed with AL, vBhomeLite has all the essential features as the others have features which aren't really needed and just add more queries.
