gif for More than 15 replies or 150 views ?

At the bottom of the thread, it'll show 2 gifs for (More than 15 replies or 150 views). Why 2 different pictures for the same thing? Also, there's a dot_hotfolder which doesn't show the meaning for it at the bottom of the thread, how can i get rid of this, and have it show only 1 "More than 15 replies or 150 views" and no dot_hotfolder? Thanks.
