Image to show user groups

Hey,

I'm requesting for a hack that makes an image appear under the username in posts for certain member groups. For example, admins and mods would have images under their names, whilst banned members would have an image under their name too.

I've seen this done at http://forum.yaxay.com

Any help is appreciated.
