Unknown Modifier Error msg

I keep getting this error msg on above the threads that have more than one post. I checked the coding for the admin/functions.php and even tried to upload an original file of that and the same msg still appears. The only hacks I've installed so far was the quick reply box and the Sig Editor.

Looks like you fix it... You have an invalid pattern there in your bbcode parse... just upload the default functions.php, that should do it.
