Moderate Specified Thread
 
Does anyone know if there is a hack out ther (i searched with no luck) that allows you to do the following:

- Specify a user who can moderate only ONE THREAD
ie. I have user named "Joe" I want to allow him to moderate a thread, ie open/close this tthread, remove posts from it, etc. As if he is a moderator - but only for this one thread, not an entire forum.

Anyone know?
