Please enlighten me as to what I did wrong.

I have created a page that my java chatroom comes up in by using the following as the header but the phpinclude template of the header refuses to parse correctly. Instead of it replacing the {imagesfolder} tag with the correct directory it leaves it as is thus causing no graphic to show. What am I missing?

Is this supposed to be a hack or template mod?

This is a separate page an dnot a template. I have a java chat room that I run where only the membership can access it. This is only the header of that page. From what I can see the above script should stand alone and operate by itself without anything else being done to it, but that one part does not seem to want to parse.

I guess you could call it a hack.
