Help Me Please!!!!
i have a windows 2000 server and mysql running. I keep getting hacked this guy has access to everything only in vbulletin. He can delete users change posts and things like that.. I have iis locked down but he seems to be able to get in thru mysql or something please help me..

Password protect your admin folder. Change all your passwords, especially FTP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin.

sounds like you don't even have your phpMyAdmin password protected..you need to password protect it, and even move the directory you have it in.

is cookie based good to use in php admin? and whats the best way to protect the admin directory of vb? Should i set up security or the web based cookie protection is the best?

.htacces your adminfolder is the best additional way i think
