How do I add a search field inside each forum?

At the top of each forum I want a search field that will search that specific forum. However it would be nice if somebody knew how to make a radio button under the search field that would switch it from that specific forum and the entire forum.

Anybody help with this?

Also, how do you customize the background color of the search fields?
