User rating hack (reputation)
 

I need User Rating hack:

Line in the Postbit after "Posts: xx"
... Raiting: [-] xx [+] ...
Pressing [-] will take away one points of rating, [+] will add it. There is absolutely no connection between user's post and rating!
One person could rate another only once a day (optional). There is no limit of rating points (or optional).

I saw similar hack on YaBB... Could you help me?

Thank you, Lesane, but it is not that I mean. I don't need picture (or stars rating) - I need hack like karma (but without connection with post - can rate everywhere and many times even if user posted only one post!), but without adding points for posting etc - only other user with + rating (>0) can rate another user once a day.
And Rating shows like that:

Rating: [-] 46 [+]

Does anyone know how to make popup window, showing last post in thread (on mouse action) - like here http://wfc.ru/forum/ or here http://wfc.ru/forum/forums.php?s=&forumid=17 (sorry, it is russian forum, and popup hack made by russian programmer, but he does not give it anyone)
