I just had an idea to use VB as a news script for my site. The only thing that I would need to change would be to make it split the "post" over multiple pages as most would be rather long. Anyone think of a way to do this?

Bah, you're stealing my idea ;)
prepare for a load of hacking, though :) You should write a small sub routine, that checks the ammount of characters, and creates a new page after 400 or so. |
Ya thats what I was thinking :) I wanna do that for my site as well but think it might be cool to run the majority of my news are with vb.
Then another area for a product review thing maybe like http://www.audiomarket.com/survey/test/ReviewBoard.cgi but I bet we could make the top part where the vote stuff is a little nicer :) |
