Question on user groups and Lesane's Store

Hello all...

I'm a YaBB refuge who is in the process of making the VBulletin switch. I'm impressed with the robustness of this board.

I've recently installed Lesane's store hack. What a marvelous idea that hack is. It should be fun for my community.

The thing is, I'd only like for certain users to be able to participate in the whole store process, as sort of an award for the most ardent supporters of the board. For example, only people who have gotten 1000 posts, or something like that.

Is there a way I can do this? I apologize if this is a seemingly easy question, but I'm a complete newbie to this board, and still don't fully understand all of its functions. Any guidance or insight is appreciated.
