A request!

1. canhavesig: in user's profile in adminCP, and in usergroup settings, there should be an option allowing them or disallowing them to have a signature...if set to no, they cannot edit their sig and it is wiped clean.

2. candelete: in usergroup settings, a setting stating if they can delete posts/threads or cannot delete posts/threads...

This is default in vB2.2.x:
Edit usergroup -> Post/Thread Editing Permissions -> (Can delete own posts) / (Can delete own threads by deleting the first post)
